Environment
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is aware of its responsibility in the current climate and environmental context, which requires the maximum use of resources.
Following this premise, we have achieved important milestones, among which the following stand out: the use of recycled water for irrigation of both the golf course and the common areas, an intelligent centralised irrigation control, the elimination of plastic elements, the cleaning of all our facilities with ECO labelled products and a fleet of 100% electric golf course buggies.
In addition, its facilities are home to hundreds of animal and plant species that are protected thanks to a plan for landscaping, conservation and the creation of landscape trails that guarantee not only the development of these biodiverse communities, but also the enjoyment of those who want to be in contact with nature.
From the outset, Las Colinas has applied a comprehensive Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection Measures Plan drawn up by the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Social action
The social action of Las Colinas focuses on collaborating in projects aimed at improving the living conditions of the least favoured groups in its environment.
This has been the case of the collaboration with the ADIS Association, a local association that works with people with functional diversity and which Las Colinas has supported with several actions: the donation of an adapted vehicle, the transfer of the facilities of Las Colinas for the photo shoot of the Solidarity Calendar and the contribution to its printing with a financial contribution for the photographic session of the Solidarity Calendar and the contribution to its printing with an economic contribution.
In this regard, Las Colinas has received the ADIS CSR 2023 Award in recognition of its support.
Brainprotected Space
Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is the first and only golf resort in Spain to hold the “Espacio Cerebroprotegido” certification.
Being Espacio Cerebroprotegido guarantees that 100% of the staff at Las Colinas have received specific training to detect and act effectively in the event of a stroke occurring in their facilities.
Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that affects more than 120,000 people every year in Spain, is the leading cause of death in women and the leading cause of disability in adults. With this certification Las Colinas reaffirms its commitment to the health and well-being of its workers and customers.
Sustainability

Ethics Channel - Internal Information System
The Ethical Channel of the Gmp Group and its subsidiaries aims to ensure that its conduct, that of its subsidiaries, employees, managers and directors within its activity, in addition to the legislation in force and its corporate governance system, complies with generally accepted principles of ethics and social responsibility.
The Ethics Channel is a secure, anonymous and confidential means of communication so that any third party can report any irregularity or breach related to bad practices within the organisation, committed in relation to the requirements arising from the Code of Conduct, the responsibilities of the Company’s Criminal Risk Prevention Model, the values and principles of its Code of Conduct and the legislation in force on the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities as well as in the area of workplace harassment.
