General terms and conditions Racquet Club
1. GENERAL:
Details of all rates and programs will be available at the centre’s reception and on the website: www.lascolinasgolf.com
It is the responsibility of each user to ensure that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the facilities.
2. RATES:
The payment of the fee corresponding to the use of the Racquet Club is subject to these terms and conditions. Clients must comply with applicable rules and regulations. The rates may be modified according to criteria of the management.
The rental of courts or payment of classes will be made prior to using them.
3. FACILITIES:
The rented use time of the courts must be respected.
It is forbidden to play without a t-shirt.
You must use the corresponding tennis or paddle shoes.
It is forbidden to park bicycles or scooters within the facilities, they must be left in the parking lot at the entrance.
Access to children from 4 years is allowed if they are accompanied by an adult.
If any of the Racquet Club facilities are inoperative for use for a period exceeding 10 days, compensation for the out-of-service period may be considered. The following are excluded from this assumption:
- Permanent closure to any facility
- Temporary closure to tournaments; or for reasons of urgency and necessity
- Temporary closure for reasons beyond our control, these being justified
- Full capacity of Las Colinas Racquet Club
The opening and closing hours of the facilities are available at the reception of the Racquet Club and on the website: www.lascoliansogolf.com
4. CANCELATIONS:
The reservations of courts and classes can be cancelled 24 hours in advance, it is also allowed to change the reservation to another day. Less than 24 hours in advance, it is not allowed to cancel or modify reservations made.
5. RESPONSABILITY:
Users are responsible for observing and complying with the rules, terms and conditions that govern the Racquet Club facilities, exempting Colinas Green Golf, SL from any responsibility for material and physical damage that may be caused by non-compliance with the rules and other legal obligations of users.
6. OTHERS. DATA PROTECTION:
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. We inform you that your personal data collected by filling in forms and/or sending emails will be processed and will be incorporated into the files of Colinas Green Golf, S.L with the following purposes:
- Sending information regarding the characteristics of the facilities or services, keeping them informed of offers, promotions and other relevant information.
