Colinas Green Golf S.L. with VAT number B-83977868 and registered office at Calle Luchana 23, 7th floor, Madrid – 28010; registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 20.098, Page 41, Section 8, Sheet M-354.722 (hereinafter “Las Colinas Golf”) organizes a promotional activity on the occasion of the celebration of the “Race to Las Colinas Trophy” circuit, which will be governed by the instructions detailed in these rules.<\/p>

FIRST.-DURATION AND PARTICIPANTS<\/strong><\/p>

The participation period will be from 00:00 hours on 9th<\/sup> August 2022 to 23:59 hours on 15th<\/sup> August 2022, with no limit to the number of participants.<\/p>

All those who interact with the publications (by commenting, following, liking) made by Las Colinas on Facebook and Instagram and who have correctly registered on the form attached to each of the communications will be able to participate.<\/p>

SECOND.-<\/strong> MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Interact with Las Colinas’ publications.<\/li>
  2. Duly complete all the fields requested in the link of the participation form of the draw. Each user will be registered with a correlative registration number for the competition.<\/li>
  3. On 12th<\/sup> August at 12:00 noon, a prize draw will be carried out. A random number will be selected by means of a digital random number generator. The number selected will correspond to the position of the entry in the list of databases generated through the online entry form. If the entry is incomplete or has not been completed correctly, a new winner selection will be made. And so on, until we have a winner to whom we can communicate the prize.<\/li>
  4. The winner will be contacted by email during the week of 22nd<\/sup> August 2022, to the email address provided by the participant.<\/li><\/ol>

    Las Colinas reserves the right to request, at the time of collection of the prize, an ID card to verify the details of the winning User, as the prize awarded is non-transferable,<\/p>

    If, for any reason, the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, renounces it or does not comply with the requirements established in these rules, or even if there are no participants, the prize will be declared void.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

    THIRD.-PRIZES<\/strong><\/p>

    The prize consists of a voucher redeemable for use until 31st<\/sup> December 2022 (excluding the month of August and subject to availability at the time of booking) which will entitle you to:<\/p>
