n accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and applicable data protection legislation, we hereby inform you that the personal data provided for the management of your participation in the event will be processed by Colinas Golf Residencial S.L., as data controller.

Purposes of the processing

Two separate types of image processing will take place in the areas where the Event is held, which will be duly designated for this purpose:

1. General photographs of the event and attendees may be taken and used by Colinas to publicise and promote its activities through its website, corporate social media profiles, reports, corporate publications and other institutional communication channels.
2. Photographs will also be taken at the photocall set up for the event, for the purpose of providing attendees with a memento of their participation. These images will be made temporarily available for viewing by other event attendees through a restricted-access landing page, and attendees may request copies of photographs in which they appear. Attendees who access the gallery must use the images exclusively for personal and private purposes related to memories of the event.

Legal basis. The processing of personal data for Purpose 1 is based on Colinas’ legitimate interest in promoting and publicising its corporate activities. In the case of Purpose 2, the legal basis is the consent expressed through the attendee’s voluntary participation and posing at the photocall.

Recipients. General images of the event may be published through the corporate channels referred to above. Photographs taken at the photocall will only be accessible to Event attendees through a restricted-access landing page and for the period specified, and will not be made publicly available by Colinas.

Retention. Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. Specifically, in the case of images taken at the photocall, the images will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the event.

Rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as any other rights recognised under applicable legislation, by contactingprivacidad@lascolinasgolf.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable legislation.
